Advent with a Twist

Every year for the last three years we have used this method for our "Advent Calendar." I use that in quotes because it is not what people would normally think of as an Advent calendar. We also do the simple chocolate ones for fun, but this one just adds a little extra to the boys (and my) day! We enjoy the time together reading the verse of the day, and we enjoy the crafts/activities that come along with them. We hope you enjoy some of these as much as we do!! I will be featuring some of these pictures again later in the season with some special links for you guys, but for now, here they are as an example of our calendar!
